Editor X vs Webflow: Features & Pricing - Which Is Better?

You’re creating websites and you came across Editor X and Webflow and you’re not sure which one to use.

So what’s the difference?

Here’s the bottom line:

BOTH are good solutions and either way, you’re in good hands…

But, the question is, if one is better than the other?

And without sharing my biased-opinion, let’s cover what the differences actually are:

Feature Comparison

Feature

Editor X

Webflow

No-code web design

Precise drag + drop

Responsive site design

Custom breakpoints

All templates (free)

Custom CSS

Ecommerce

Bookings & scheduling

Blog

Event management

❌

Memberships

Free multilingual

Marketing automation

CRM

Live chat

Email + social campaigns

Unlimited data collections

❌ (unless you pay $$$)

Flexible CMS API

✅

Unlimited collaborators

❌ (unless you pay $$$)

Team accounts

❌ (unless you pay $$$)

Simultaneous editing

Custom roles + permissions

Reuse + share libraries

Pricing

Webflow starts at $14 /mo (paid annually)

Editor X starts at $17 /mo (paid annually)

Pricing is basically the same, but if you factor in other things like integrations + all the other features + CMS items, then Editor X is cheaper.

Personal Note

I'm a big fan of the compositions, wireframes, live-support, communities, marketing integrations that Editor X provides.

Conclusion

It’s worth testing both. See which platform you prefer, then stick at it 🙂

Personally, after working with both platforms, my preference is Editor X.

You can try Editor X for free (and publish websites) here

My friend Brad Hussey created an amazing (free) course to use Editor X you can watch here to learn more about it:
